Crash in Bradford leads to DUI charge

BRADFORD — A 65-year-old man was arrested for DUI following a crash in Bradford yesterday.

The single-vehicle crash took place on Goshen Road at around 7:10 p.m.

The driver was identified as Richard Parkin, of Bradford.

While speaking with Parkin, police detected indicators of significant impairment.

Parkin was screened and placed under arrest for DUI.

He was transported to the Bradford Outpost for processing.

At the conclusion of processing, he was released to a sober party with a citation to appear in court at a later date.
