- Conducted Patrols in 4 towns. Traffic stops were conducted for motor vehicle violations with warnings and/ or tickets issued.
- Training – South Burlington – Several deputies attended training at the South Burlington Police Department for education on Fair and Impartial Policing.
TUESDAY 12-21-21
- Conducted Patrols in 9 towns. Traffic stops were conducted for motor vehicle violations with warnings and/ or tickets issued.
- Tuesday is our fingerprinting day! If you need your fingerprints taken for any purpose, please call our office at (802) 388-2981 for further details and to schedule an appointment.
- Community Outreach – Monkton – Deputies stopped by a daycare to say hi to the kids and talk to them about safety. They also provided coloring books and stickers and the kids got to meet future K-9 Oakley.
WEDNESDAY 12-22-21
- Conducted Patrols in 5 towns. Traffic stops were conducted for motor vehicle violations with warnings and/ or tickets issued.
- Training – Middlebury – Deputies participated in training on use of force. An instructor from the Vermont State Police came to help with the training.
THURSDAY 12-23-21
- Conducted Patrols in 5 towns. Traffic stops were conducted for motor vehicle violations with warnings and/ or tickets issued.
- Child Safety Seat Inspection – Middlebury – Provided a car seat to a family that was in need of a new seat and made sure it was installed correctly. If you would like to have your car seat inspected to make sure it’s installed safely or have a voucher for a new seat, please call our office to schedule an appointment.
- Child Safety Seat Inspection – Middlebury – Completed a Child Protective Seat safety inspection for a family that wanted to make sure the seat was installed safely.
- VIN Verification – Weybridge – Provided a VIN verification for a resident. We provide this service for free to any Addison County resident, so please call us at (802) 388-2981 to have a deputy come by if you need this done.
MONDAY – THURSDAY
- Provided security at the Mahady Courthouse in Middlebury. This includes screening visitors as they enter the Courthouse and security in the Courtroom during hearings.
- Families in need were provided with gifts for Christmas either through delivery or pickup. Thank you to everyone that helped donate and made this possible.
