PEACHAM — A 30-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Peacham on Saturday.
Police allege that Jeffrey Phillips, 30, of Peacham, caused the victims pain and placed them in fear for their life.
According to the report, Philips fled the scene the night of the assault.
He was located yesterday and taken into custody without incident and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation and released on conditions.
