PANTON — A 56-year-old man from Addison was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Panton yesterday.
The crash took place on Vermont Route 22A near the intersection with Sunset Knoll Road at around 2:35 p.m.
Police identified the driver as George Mendoza.
According to the report, Mendoza left the road, hit several mailboxes and a speed limit sign before coming to an upright position of uncontrolled rest.
Police say neither speed nor impairment were a contributing factor.
