DERBY — A 46-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Derby yesterday.
The incident took place on Upper Quarry Road at around 6:00 p.m.
Police say Cory Spaulding, of Derby, caused family members pain and placed them in fear for their lives.
Spaulding was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Derby barracks for processing.
He was lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility for a lack of $5,000 bail.
