GEORGIA — A 34-year-old man from Fairfax was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident in Georgia yesterday.
Authorities responded to the Maplefields for a man acting erratically in the store at around 2:00 p.m.
Police say the man was yelling at employees and threatening to steal items.
Following an investigation, police identified the man as Carl Danielson.
He was issued a trespass notice.
Danielson was also issued a citation to appear in court to answer a charge of disorderly conduct.
