GUILFORD — A 23-year-old man from Connecticut was arrested for DUI following an incident in Guilford yesterday.
Authorities were notified of a vehicle stopped in the travel lane on Route 5 at around 7:15 p.m.
Police say they responded to the scene and awoke the driver who displayed several signs of alcohol impairment.
Ola Frey, of Unionville, CT, was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.
Frey was transported to the Vermont State Police Westminster barracks.
He was issued a criminal citation to appear in court on January 4.
