ROCKINGHAM — A 38-year-old woman was charged with possession of crack in Rockingham yesterday.
Police say they were notified of a vehicle off the road on Missing Link Road at around 3:35 a.m.
Following an investigation, it was found that Jillian Taylor, of Rockingham, was in possession of crack cocaine.
Jillian was issued a criminal citation to appear in court on February 1.
