BARNET — Police say a 61-year-old man from St. Johnsbury was arrested for his second DUI after a two-vehicle crash in Barnet.
The crash took place on Route 5, near Kitchel Hill Road.
According to the report, Robert Banville, 61, of St. Johnsbury, failed to maintain his lane, and struck Jeannette Wright, 42, of Barnet, head-on.
Following an investigation, police say Banville was displaying signs of impairment of alcohol.
He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing and fingerprints.
He was released on a citation to appear in court to answer the charge.
