BURKE — A 63-year-old man from Burke was killed in a tractor accident yesterday.
The incident took place at around 4:15 p.m. on Hayden Crossing Road in Burke.
Authorities say Timothy Roberts rolled his tractor while driving up an inclined path on his property after sliding on ice and rolling over an embankment.
Roberts died as a result of the rollover.
East Burke, the Lyndonville Fire Departments, as well as Lyndon Rescue, were all on scene.
