WATERBURY — A 50-year-old man from New Hampshire was arrested for his second DUI following a crash in Waterbury yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place at the intersection of Guptil Road and Thatcher Brook Road, at around 2:30 a.m.
Police spoke with the driver who was identified as Jason Barber, of West Lebanon, NH.
Signs of impairment were detected, and Barber was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to the State Police barracks in Middlesex for processing, police say.
