KIRBY — A 27-year-old woman was cited following an incident that took place in Kirby yesterday.
Police say they responded to a 911 hang-up call at around 9:00 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Tacalia Mosier, of Kirby, caused bodily injury to a household member, including strangulation.
Mosier was transported to the St. Johnsbury State Police barracks where she was processed and flash-cited into court for the charge of 1st degree aggravated domestic assault.
