BARTON — A 62-year-old man who went missing last week has been found deceased in Barton.
Investigators say Michael Carkin had not been seen or heard from since the evening of November 15.
He was found today in Willoughby Brook, just south of Crystal Lake off Augur Hole Road.
Police say foul play is not suspected, though the investigation is ongoing.
The body is being transported to the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Burlington for an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.
