MENDON — A 58-year-old man was arrested on violations of conditions of release following an incident in Mendon yesterday.
Authorities were notified that Brian Gates, of Mendon, violated his conditions of release at around 3:15 p.m.
According to the report, Gates was in possession of a deadly weapon.
He was taken into custody and transported to the State police barracks for processing.
He was lodged at the Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility.
