HARTFORD — A 20-year-old man from Massachusetts was killed during a crash in Hartford yesterday.
Authorities were alerted that a vehicle had left the road into the tree line at a high rate of
speed on Interstate 89 at around 5:10 p.m.
Police say the driver, identified as Louis Blair, of South Hadley, MA, was found deceased inside of the vehicle when they arrived.

Vermont State Police were assisted by Hartford Fire and Rescue, Lyman’s Towing, and the Medical Examiner’s Office.
