THETFORD — A 42-year-old woman from Connecticut was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Thetford today.
The crash took place on Interstate 91 north.
According to the report, Brandy Klapik, of East Hartford, was headed north when a deer jumped in front of her and she was unable to avoid it.
The vehicle sustained front-end damage rendering it inoperable and it was towed by Legendary Auto.
Klapik was not injured during the incident, police say.
