BURKE — A 35-year-old man from Brownington was arrested following a two-vehicle crash in Burke on Wednesday.
The crash took place on US Route 5 near Big Mountain Estates Road at around 4:20 p.m.
According to the report, Thomas Kuczek, was headed south on Route 5, while Susan Davio, 58, of Charleston, was headed north.
Police say Kuczek swerved into the northbound lane and collided with Davio.
Kuczek was screened for DUI and taken into custody.
He was processed for DUI at the St Johnsbury barracks and released with a citation to appear in court for DUI and driving with a suspended license-criminal.
Police say both drivers suffered minor injuries.
