WESTON — A 70-year-old man from Chester was arrested for his second DUI following a crash in Weston on Saturday.
The crash took place on Lawrence Hill Road at around 11:45 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Stuart Currie had backed his vehicle into another vehicle.
Police say that Currie had been drinking and was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
He was transported to Ludlow Police Department for processing.
He was later released with a criminal citation to appear in court on October 5 to answer the charge.
