DORSET — A 34-year-old man from Mount Tabor was arrested on multiple charges following an incident in Dorset on Friday.
The incident took place in the area of Culver Lane at around 2:00 a.m.
Police say Mark Guertin was at the victim’s home yelling and banging on the doors and windows.
Guertin had been issued a notice against trespass for the victims home, along with having active conditions of release to be 300 feet from the victim and her home.
When police arrived, he was still outside the victim’s home.
While on scene, police learned Guertin also had an active warrant for his arrest.
Police say while taking him into custody he resisted arrest.
He was transported to Manchester PD for processing and transported to Marble Valley Correctional Facility.
He was issued a citation to appear in court on November 8 to answer the charges of arrest on warrant, violation of conditions of release, and resisting arrest.
State police were assisted by the Manchester Police Department.
