Clarendon man seriously injured during motorcycle crash

CLARENDON — A 23-year-old man was severely injured during a motorcycle crash in Clarendon on Saturday.

The incident took place on Cold River Road at around 7:10 p.m.

Police identified the driver to be Steven Pomerleau, of Clarendon. 

Due to the extent of his injuries, Pomerleau was immediately transported to the Rutland Regional Medical Center Emergency Department.

Police say he was headed east on Cold River Road, and had attempted to negotiate a curve. 

He left the road and crashed his motorcycle into an embankment.
