Man charged for stealing items, gas from East Burke Market

BURKE — A 24-year-old man is facing multiple charges following an incident that occurred in Burke last month.

On August 21, authorities were notified of a retail theft at the East Burke Market.

Police allege that Dylan Brink was responsible for the theft of over $200 worth of items and gas. 

Brink also drove off in a vehicle while under conditions of release to not drive, police say. 

He was located on Thursday and charged for criminal offenses of retail theft, and violation of conditions of release.
