EDEN — A 45-year-old man was arrested for DUI following a crash in Eden yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Elm Road at around 6:30 p.m.
Police identified the driver as Jeff Evans, of Eden.
Following an investigation, Evans was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence.
He was transported by EMS to Copley hospital for minor injuries.
He was then transported to the Morrisville Police Department for processing.
He was released on a citation to appear in court.
