2 people killed, 1 seriously injured during crash in Sheldon

SHELDON — Two people were killed and another is in critical condition following a single-vehicle crash in Sheldon early Friday morning. 

The crash took place on Route 105 at around 1:35 a.m.

Police say Bethanie Therrien, 22, of East Berkshire, and Colby Reynolds, 18, of Enosburg were pronounced dead at the scene due to injuries sustained from the crash.

According to the report, the vehicle crossed the center of the road and went over an embankment where it hit several trees.

One of the passengers was transported to UVM Medical Center in critical condition.

Police are still investigating this crash.
