ATV crashes into fence in Tunbridge, driver facing charges of DUI

TUNBRIDGE — A 59-year-old man is facing charges following an ATV crash in Tunbridge on Friday.

The crash took place on Hoyt Hill Road at around 7:00 p.m.

Police say that Kenneth P Macera, of Holden, Massachusetts, drove an ATV on a public highway, and crashed into a property owner’s horse fence.

Macera was suspected of being under the influence of intoxicants, and was transported to Gifford Hospital for minor injuries and his intoxication level. 

While at the hospital, he was processed and released on criminal citation to answer to the charges of DUI (ATV) and unlawful mischief.
