Dirk bike stolen in Derby

DERBY — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a dirt bike that was stolen in Derby yesterday.

A 2017 red and white Honda CRF250 was stolen sometime between 9:00 p.m last night and 6:00 a.m. this morning.

The bike was parked on Vermont Route 111.

Ryan Moore, 49, of Derby, told police that the motorbike had been placed out for sale in the morning on Saturday and was last seen at 9:00 p.m on Sunday.

Police say the bike had been secured with a cable and lock, and the thief cut the cable prior to stealing the bike.
