Police looking for driver who damaged rock wall in Cambridge

CAMBRIDGE — Police are looking for the driver who fled the scene after a crash in Cambridge yesterday.

Authorities were notified of a truck that crashed through a stone wall on Thompson Road near Westman Road at around 4:40 p.m. 

Police say the driver of the truck fled the scene.

The truck, a tan Ford F-150 with black fender flares, was not registered and was bearing an unassigned Vermont registration plate. 

The rock wall that was damaged was hand built by the owner of the property. 

Anyone with information about the driver of the truck is being asked to contact Trooper Cote at  878-7111.
