MANCHESTER — A 23-year-old man from Massachusetts was cited for excessive speeding in Manchester yesterday.
Police say they observed a vehicle travelling south on US Route 7 at 86 miles-per-hour in the 55 mile-per-hour zone.
Police initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as Zachary Y. Armet, of Williamstown, MA.
Armet was issued a citation to appear in court on September 27 to answer the charge and he was also issued a VCVC for the speed violation.
