STOCKBRIDGE — A 31-year-old man from Fairlee was killed following a head-on-collision in Stockbridge yesterday.
The crash took place on Vermont Route 107 at around 2:10 p.m.
According to the report, Blake A. Manning, 31, of Fairlee, was headed east when he crossed over the center line and collided with the front end of Andrew M. Donahue, 35, of Fair Haven, who was headed west.
Manning was declared deceased on-scene and the occupants of Donahue were extricated by rescue personnel and transported to the hospital for significant injuries.
Police say speed is not believed to be a factor in this crash, and are still investigating.
