Police: Manchester man charged after placing GPS tracking device under woman’s vehicle

DORSET — A 45-year-old man from Manchester was charged with stalking following an incident in Dorset last month.

On June 6, authorities were notified that a GPS device had been located underneath a women’s vehicle.

Police allege that Joshua Coleman placed the GPS device underneath the women’s vehicle to track her location.  

Coleman turned himself into the Shaftsbury barracks where he was processed and released.  

The Honorable Judge Corsones imposed conditions of release on Joshua and ordered him to appear in court on July 28.
