Police: Shoreham man facing charges after pointing gun, threatening victim

SHOREHAM — A man and a woman are facing charges following an incident in Shoreham on Saturday.

Authorities say they were notified of an assault at a home at around 8:30 a.m.

During the investigation, police allege that Jason Dotter, 47, of Shoreham, had threatened to cause serious bodily harm while pointing a firearm at another person.

It was also determined Michele Piper, 46, of Shoreham, was an accessory and charged with accessory.

Dotter and Piper were issued a citation to appear for the charges of aggravated assault, and accessory to a commission of a felony.
