BENSON — A 38-year-old man was involved in an ATV crash in Benson on Saturday.
The crash took place on Stage Road at around 7:45 p.m.
According to the report, police found Ezekiel A. Winborn, of Benson, to be operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Winborn was transported to the hospital for treatment of minor, non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say due to his medical condition, Winborn was not processed at the Vermont State Police Rutland barracks.
He was provided a citation to appear in court at a later date and time.
