BERKSHIRE — A 26-year-old man from Milton was arrested for DUI following a motorcycle crash in Berkshire last week.
The crash took place on June 9, on Montgomery Road at around 9:25 p.m.
Police say the driver, and sole occupant of the motorcycle had minor injuries and was assessed on scene by Enosburg Rescue.
According to the report, Daniel Tucker, was under the influence of alcohol when he was operating the vehicle.
He was arrested, processed and released to a sober party with a citation to appear in court.
Police say there was minor damage to the 2021 Suzuki motorcycle which was towed from the
scene.
