EAST CHARLESTON — A 41-year-old man from Westmore was killed during a two-vehicle crash in East Charleston this morning.
The crash took place on Vermont Route 105 at around 8:00 a.m.
According to police, Dean Burns was headed west when his vehicle crossed the centerline and crashed head-on into Taryn Hunt, 42, of Glover.
Emergency workers pronounced Burns deceased at the crash scene
Hunt was transported to North Country Hospital to be treated for her injuries.
Route 105 was partially closed this morning while police and emergency workers responded.
The road reopened at around 12:30 p.m.
Police say the investigation is still ongoing.
