DERBY — Police say a 33-year-old man is facing charges following an incident in Derby on Saturday.
Authorities responded to a residence on Main Street after being alerted of a physical altercation at around 8:15 p.m.
According to the report, Jordan Lewis caused bodily injury to a family member and a neighbor.
Lewis was arrested and transported to the Derby Barracks for processing.
He was later lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility.
Police say he is being charged with first degree aggravated domestic assault.
