LOWELL — A 29-year-old man from Lowell is facing a slew of charges after he allegedly attempted to run someone over on their lawn, pointed a firearm at another individual, and fired the gun into the air. Police say Edward Rose is being charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and negligent operation.
