Golf cart rollover crash in Westmore leaves 4 injured

WESTMORE — A teenager and three others were injured after a golf cart crash yesterday in Westmore.

The Vermont State Police and Glover Ambulance responded to a report of a golf cart rollover with injuries on Hinton Hill Road at around 8:00 p.m.

The operator was identified as a 16-year old from Irasburg.

Police say the golf cart with four occupants was traveling west on Hinton Hill when it lost control, rolled over, and came to rest off the road.

According to police, all occupants suffered injuries and three were transported to North Country Hospital.

The injuries at this time are reported to be non-life-threatening, police say.
