DERBY — Police say they have charged two Essex County residents with a burglary that took place at a local store in Derby back in November of 2019.

The burglary happened on November 27 at the Tractor Supply store at around 10:00 p.m.

Following an investigation, police say that Mark Marsden, 56, and Fawn Nisbet, 29, of Island Pond, were identified as the two offenders.

Both were cited into court to answer to the charges.

During the burglary, forced entry was gained through a locked gate at the back of the store.

Police say wood pellets and pelletized animal bedding were stolen.
