GLOVER — This year’s Glover Ambulance Lady Liberty Ice Out on Lake Parker ended on April 9, at 10:23 a.m.
This year’s winner was Louis Theim, of Glover.
Theim’s guess of April 9, at 12 a.m. was the closest without going over.
The announcement of the winner was delayed as the COVID-19 “Stay at Home” order prevented the collection of tickets bought at certain locations.
But, all tickets were finally collected and the winning ticket was found.
The Ambulance raised $502, with fifty percent going to the winner.
The Ice Out is an annual event, but donations to The Glover Ambulance can be made all year long on the website at https://gloverambulance.org/.
