TROY — A 54-year-old woman from Montpelier was injured during a snowmobile accident in Troy on Saturday.
According to the report, Lynn Commo was headed south on a snowmobile trail near Routhier Road when she sustained an injury stemming from an impact with the snowmobile she was operating.
Police say it occurred while she was traversing an elevated portion of the trail.
After evaluation by emergency workers, Commo was transported to UVM Medical Center via helicopter to be treated for her injuries.
