Police say Cynthia Rice, 59 of Westmore, backed up into the path of another vehicle, operated by 75-year-old Patricia Davis of Barton, who was entering the parking lot to the municipal building.

Rice was driving a 2005 Ford F150.

After the collision, Davis’s vehicle continued traveling forward and struck the side of the municipal building.

Fire and EMS responded and found Davis had a minor leg injury, which was treated on scene.

Davis’s car was towed from the scene.

The building did not have any visible damage.
