Police say they observed their 2003 Chevrolet Malibu traveling northbound at a high rate of speed, and pulled the vehicle over.

According to a statement issued by police, the men were in possession of over 600 packets of heroin.

Both were placed under arrest and charged with possession with intent to distribute a class A (Heroin) substance, and conspiracy to violate the drug law.

Pelletier was busted in Hartford last week with two other men from Island Pond, transporting 1,418 bags of heroin. He was arraigned and released before yesterday’s bust.

Ramcke was additionally charged with speeding and Pelletier was additionally charged with misleading a police investigation.

Ramcke was held on $5,000.00 bail and Pelletier was held on $10,000.00 bail at the Franklin County House of Correction.

  1. They’re not getting out of this one. I feel bad for their families. Even though these guys are being dummies ppl shouldn’t take it out on the families and we know it’s going to happen. Their parents are sad and ashamed enough, I’m sure.

  2. Maybe if their parents had been stricter on them and brought them up right and not allowed them to turn into useless lazy unemployed parasites this would not have happened. There should be conscription into the army. These men have no discipline in their lives. They deal in death, doling out heroin, they are destructive and everyone knows the Devil makes work for idle hands. Their parents should be put in the village stocks and made a show of so that other parents know they need to be responsible for how they bring their kids up in the first place. Men like these are a disease.

    • Not the parents fault. People have minds of their own when they are grown. I know Claire and he was not brought up that way. Its their own choice if they want to be stupid.

  3. Substance abuse addiction has no boundaries……. it has about zero to do with how they were raised…….

  4. Brendan. you sound like an absolute idiot!!! this guy’s parents has nothing to do with the decisions that HE made. Maybe you should get educated. addiction has nothing to do with the parents. his parents didn’t shove the needle in his arm or the powder up his nose. I know people that are addicts and were brought up by amazing parents and in a great household. reading what you just wrote, well let me just say this. you deserve to be smacked, I’ll tell ya that for FREE.
