NORTH TROY — A 51-year-old man from North Troy was arrested on Friday for cultivation of marijuana.
At around 7:30 p.m. police executed a search warrant at 116 North Pleasant Street in North Troy.
Police say they located and seized approximately 118 marijuana plants.
Christopher Kinkade, 51, of North Troy was subsequently placed under arrest for the cultivation of marijuana.
He will have to appear in court on November 11 to answer to the charges.
