BARTON — A 46-year-old Barton man was arrested on charges of aggravated sexual assault.
Travis Eurbin, 46, of Barton, was arrested on Wednesday, after an investigation was conducted by the Orleans County Special Investigations Unit.
Police say the victim was under the age of 16-years-old at the time of the offenses.
They allege the offenses took place between 2003 and 2008 in the town of Barton.
Eurbin was released on an unsecured appearance bond in the amount of $20,000 and condition of release.
Authorities have not released any more information at this time.
My son and I are visiting Orleans county starting tomorrow. I am concerned that he is still a predator. We plan on going to the parade on the 4th, along with lots of other parents and their kids. Is he allowed to attend events where there are children? I honestly feel that if I see him at the parade or while swimming at Crystal Lake, I WILL PUBLICLY SHAME HIM! He shouldn’t even out on bail.
