Christmas Day Alone dinner to be held in North Troy

NORTH TROY — Nobody wants to be alone on Christmas Day, and thanks to Donald St. Onge of North Troy, if you live around here, you don’t have to be.

The annual Christmas Day Alone meal will be served at the St. Vincent de Paul Church, located at 77 North Pleasant Street in North Troy, on Christmas Day at 11:30 a.m. All who find themselves alone on Christmas Day from the surrounding areas of North Troy, Troy, Lowell, Westfield, Newport Center, and Newport City, are welcome.

The dinner will consist of turkey and ham, with many side dishes. The dinner is under the auspices of the Missisquoi Valley Historical Society.

If you want a meal delivered on Christmas Day, home delivery is available, but only in North Troy.
