ISLAND POND — A man and a woman from Island Pond are facing aggravated assault charges after an incident that happened back in July.
Police say that Jeremiah Deslandes, 22, and Abbey Davison, 32, were cited to appear in court to answer to the charge of aggravated assault for having caused bodily injury to another.
According to a statement issued by police, Lee Lacroix, 30, also of Island Pond, filed a complaint on July 15, of an assault which left him with broken ribs and facial injuries.
The statement goes on to say that the investigation revealed that Lacroix had been assaulted by Davison and Deslandes.
The location of the alleged incident is listed as Railroad Street in Island Pond.
