Police say that Nathan Shover was traveling west at around 6:30 a.m. on the Beebe Road when he noticed a tractor trailer unit in the roadway.
Shover hit his brakes, causing him to lose control of his vehicle.
According to the report issued by police, he steered for the ditch, where he hit a snowbank, rolling his truck over on its roof. He was not wearing his seatbelt.
The police report lists Shover’s injuries as minor, but says that he was treated at North Country Hospital.
