GROTON — Police issued a silver alert Sunday for a missing 16-year-old girl who walked away from her residence Saturday night.
Jara Garcia was last seen leaving her home in Groton, and authorities are seeking assistance from the public in locating her.
The Groton Police Department urges anyone with information about Garcia’s whereabouts to contact them at 860-441-6712.
The police have not released any additional information about the circumstances of Garcia’s disappearance at this time.
