Barton man facing multiple charges

BARTON — A 34-year-old man from Barton is facing several charges after he was picked up by police earlier in the week.

On Sunday, police were called to a report of a dispute taking place in Barton at around 11:00 p.m.

According to the report, through investigation, police learned that Joseph Nagle, 34, of Barton, had unlawfully entered a residence, interfered with access to emergency services, and violated his conditions of release.

Nagle was later located and arrested.

He was taken to State Police barracks in Derby for processing.
