LYNDON — A 22-year-old driver from St. Johnsbury was involved in a rollover crash on I-91 this morning.

At around 9:30 a.m. police were dispatched to the single-vehicle rollover on the exit 23 off-ramp of Interstate 91 north, in Lyndon.

Police say they located a 2005 Dodge Durango, driven by Tshering Sherpa, 22, of St. Johnsbury, off the left side of the road.

Sherpa was traveling down the off-ramp when she hit a patch of slush.

She lost control of the vehicle and it went off the side of the ramp, rolling twice before coming to rest.

Police say there were no injuries and all occupants were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash.

The vehicle had to be towed from the scene.

Police were assisted by Lyndonville Fire, Lyndon Rescue, and the Vermont Agency of Transportation.

We didn’t do the roll over on this one. However we did get a phone call from someone about it. They were asking if the towing company had a right to charge almost $500.00 for the recover? They can charge anything they want, The State Police have a rotation list and they have told me in the past that they don’t care what it cost the owner……….Roland’s Wrecker Service
